developing scopes of works;

assessing tenders and quotes in accordance with relevant assessment criteria;
negotiating appropriate departures and executing subcontracts which adequately manage risks.

Provision of expert construction programming services and software to accurately establish critical path and allow for the timely identification of any delays to the project to support delay and disruption claims.
Commercial and Risk Management

Expertise in preparing, submitting and managing major claims, including complex variations, general claims and delay and disruption claims

Our team has extensive experience in a range of ERP systems, allowing for simple yet detailed reporting and analysis of revenue and costs against budget.

Assist navigate complex contractual or legislative dispute resolution processes., including:
submission of disputes and prescribed notices;
attendance and assistance at dispute resolution meetings;
seasoned experience in finding and negotiating win-win outcomes for respective parties; and
assist in supporting submissions for any binding or non-binding contractual dispute resolution steps.

In addition to review, assessing and advising on project risk, we speicialise in ensuring those risks are appropriately allocated in contract documents. We can help with
